At the Great Smokey Mountain Fish Camp & Safaris' , Jerry Anselmo would be delighted to prepare delicious gourmet lunches for you or your groups that plan to spend some on time on the Little Tennessee River while fishing, canoeing, kayaking or camping. Special gourmet dinners can also be arranged with advance notice. Anselmo's has a selection of great gourmet specialties available for purchase in the store. It's also a great place to get a choice steak and put it on any one of our numerous outdoor cooking grills, gas or log. Freshen up after a fun day of full adventures on the river in our luxurious bathing facilities located in the Lodge Room.
